How EMF Protection Works: Best Ways to Protect Yourself When it comes to your health, prevention is always better than the cure.

    One of the most effective forms of EMF protection recommended are shields designed to protect one from EMF radiation. This shielding should be made specifically for EMF protection, and not just against heat or discomfort.
