Returns (30-Day Warranty)

If you are unsatisfied with your DefenderShield purchase and would not like a replacement, DefenderShield provides a 30-Day Return Window (see Return of Non-Defective Products below).

Instructions to Return Non-Defective Products (Within 30 Days)

  1. To return a non-defective product, please fill out our Return Request Form below to be issued an RMA number.
  2. All shipping fees both to and from DefenderShield must be paid by the customer. The customer also assumes full liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping as well as all responsibility to pursue remuneration for such issues with their selected carrier.
  3. No refund will be granted for products which has been used or tampered with in any way which jeopardized DefenderShield’s ability to remarket or resell the product. DefenderShield maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a products fitness for return.
  4. Any non-defective returned products that are not in original packaging, or returned in damaged packaging or missing contents are subject to minimum 10% restocking fee.
  5. Pack the product in its original box or a well-protected box, as outlined in the return shipping Instructions. DefenderShield will not be responsible for shipping damage/loss of any product.
  6. Place proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc) and a copy of RMA email in the box.
  7. Write your RMA number provided by on the outside of the box  It is very important that you write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. No package will be accepted without a RMA number written on the outside of the package.

  9. Once we receive your shipment we will evaluate its condition and process your return. Returns may take up to 3-5 business days to process and you will receive a confirmation email of your refund.

*Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. DefenderShield cannot be responsible for items that are damaged and do not arrive at our warehouse.
